Position Overview: Director, Product Management and Product Marketing

This key member of the team will be responsible for managing our business intelligence and analytics products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.

The Director of Product Management and Marketing will help guide product strategy by understanding the competitive landscape, the needs of customers and partners, and ENXSuite's business objectives. He/she will be responsible for turning the strategy into a phased roadmap of product delivery, and work closely with a cross functional team to deliver these products.

This position also includes working with sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. He/she will perform product demos for customers, develop sales tools and collateral, brief and train the sales force, brief press and analysts as needed, and support sales activities by providing product knowledge and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, chemical or electrical engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience within the energy efficiency industry an/or environmental compliance management
• Proven product management experience delivering software products to market
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience (current or within last 3 years) working for a Business Intelligence vendor.
• At least 3 years experience as Director of Product Management/Marketing at a successful venture-backed company
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems is a plus
• Experience in energy modeling is a plus
