Operations Project Manager / Post-Sales Customer Support

 

High energy, hands-on person to join the operations team and take responsibility for managing RayTracker customer product delivery coordination and all aspects of post-sales support. Reports to the head of Operations.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

-        Coordinate tightly between RayTracker vendor/supply chain management staff and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries optimized to customer construction schedules

-        Develop and manage product delivery and site commissioning schedules and activities

-        Coordinate troubleshooting activities and expedite solutions

-        Organize and update complete per-project documentation

-        Track customer warranty agreements

-        Process warranty parts replacement requests and fulfillment

-        Record and track quality issues and corrective actions back to customers

 



Job Requirements:

 Required Skills:

 

-        Must be able to understand engineering drawings for mechanical and electrical items

-        Detailed experience with quality processes and continuous improvement

-        Demonstrated successful experience working in post-sales customer service including warranty service

-        Clear and effective written and spoken communications
