3Prong Power has been on the leading edge of the plug in hybrid industry for the past two years. 3Prong Power has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune Small Business magazine, CNN Money and on the cover of Homepower Magazine. Our core business is the aftermarket upgrades of existing hybrid vehicles to allow them to plug in and use electricity from the grid instead of gasoline for all our part of the vehicle's motive power. Our technology is one of the few solutions available for vehicle owners to significantly and affordably reduce their oil consumption and carbon footprint.

Position Overview:

The founders of 3Prong Power are looking for someone to join our team and help take our small and promising startup to the next level. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person.

Qualifications:

We are interested in someone with the right attitude, experience and ambition who is passionate about applying market based solutions to solving the world's most pressing environmental problems. Demonstrated business acumen is a must. 

We are looking for applicants with the following skills:

• An entrepreneurial mind
• Ability to write and talk exceptionally well
• Ability to communicate ideas and sell things
• Ability to do budget and manage money 
• Enjoy interacting with people and solving their problems 
• Comfortable with technology in both the physical and virtual worlds 
• Comfortable with basic science and technology
• Significant business experience, MBA or both

Compensation:  Initially 100% of compensation will be in the form of equity and future paid compensation will be negotiated with the board. We are looking for someone to join at the highest level to lead the company in it's core goals of raising investment, expanding market share, overseeing operations and managing budgets.
