Responsibilities:
Pursue opportunities for RE product sales within all channels:

Promote Power-One sales within a defined region.
Meet or exceed annual sales goals while remaining within expense budget guidelines.
Manage all channels and relationships in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
Manage manufacturer's representatives in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
Visit accounts to win business, forge relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and make presentations as necessary.
Provide training to field sales personnel (reps and distributors) as appropriate.
Provide periodic reports to factory, including forecast info and percent to plan.
Maximize profit margin while maintaining customer base.
Participate in the evaluation of inside sales personnel.

Additional Requirements (may be tested at employer's discretion):
Background in power supply manufacturing.
Experience in power supply design.
Ideal career background would include experience at an inverter manufacturer, RE distributor or panel / accessory manufacturer.
Professional training in sales techniques desirable.

Skills and Requirements:
Academic: Degree required in Electronics Engineering
Experience: 8+ years in a technical sales environment, including 2+ years as a regional sales manager. Experience in electronics manufacturing organization preferred.
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
